Gracehaven (a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit established in 2008.

Mission: To find and to free underage girls enslaved by child sex trafficking.

Gracehaven Mission Statement: Gracehaven is an Ohio non-profit organization whose mission is to find and to free underage girls who are enslaved by child sex trafficking.

Vision: Gracehaven’s ultimate vision is to do its part to eradicate all forms of child sex trafficking in its home state of Ohio, in the United States and in the world.  Until that dream can be realized, Gracehaven seeks to provide every girl victimized by child sex trafficking with the love, services and support she needs to redeem the life that God has given her, so she can ultimately become a healthy, productive member of her community and world.

Background + Core Services:

Gracehaven was founded in 2008 in answer to God's call to find and to free girls who are enslaved in child sex trafficking.

Gracehaven finds children who are entrapped in sex trafficking by educating school personnel, social service, health care, and law enforcement professionals as well as students and community members about what child sex trafficking is and how to identify potential victims. We also work with chronic runaways and with the Juvenile Justice System to help at-risk girls understand the manipulative and coercive recruiting tactics of traffickers, so they can avoid becoming victims. In many cases, this outreach and education also helps girls begin to understand the sexual exploitation they have already suffered.

Gracehaven frees girls enslaved by child sex trafficking by providing a safe and loving home, where they can access the specialized rehabilitation, counseling and educational services and support they need to overcome the abuse they have suffered and become healthy, productive members of their communities and world.

We will accept girls under the age of 18 who are victims of domestic minor sex trafficking regardless of their religion, sexual orientation, or ethnicity. We only ask one requirement…that they are ready to enter a rehabilitation program.

Gracehaven is a member of the Central Ohio Rescue & Restore Coalition (CORRC) and member of the Christian Trafficking Shelter Association (CTSA).
